AMT reserves the right to void the warranty if proof of purchase is unclear or the product registration information is incorrect.
The product is fully warranted against any defects in workmanship and material for a period of twelve (12) months for Audio-Technica products from the date of purchase stated in the receipt and warranty certification unless otherwise stated.
This warranty is not transferable and applicable to purchase made in MALAYSIA only.
The original warranty certificate and receipt must be produced together with the faulty product when seeking repair.
The limited warranty is invalid if:
- Defects and damages are due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
- Serial number and/or security seal are removed or tempered with.
- The product is modified, disassembled, tempered or attempted repair by any person other than the sole distributor.
- Warranty void if serial number label removed or tempered with on headset.
